Is he now the sixty minute man?
on October 24th, 2005
Got some exciting and disturbing news (and a video) on the Jeff Walker launch for his ‘Product Launch’ course. First the good news… he launched on Friday at 12:00pm… and he’s broken his own record of bringing in over $100k in a seven days.
Friday Jeff brought in six figures in sixty minutes.
That’s just cool. Imagine what would happen to your life it you made over one hundred thousand in an hour… really think about it. Jeff’s got this down to a science. John Reese and those guys used to give Jeff a hard time because he pulled in six figures in seven days… well, now they’ll have something new to rib him about.
If you consider that over 95% of Americans make less than 100k a year, what Jeff just did is breathtaking.
My last product launch (which I had a lot of help on) did over six figures in little over a week, but believe me, when I launch my next product (probably in January… more on that soon) I’ll be following Jeff’s formula to the letter.
As I said on Friday I’ve been going through his course and what impresses me the most is the step by step process he follows every time.
The examples, videos, are like killer marketing with training wheels.
Even a flat out beginner with information overload coming out the ears could follow this formula. I’m impressed and I’ve personally endorsed this course now.
So… not only is this launch Jeff’s doing (which is going on all this week) a Maverick Marketer case study of the best kind (it’s free to watch), but with the bonuses (an exclusive call with me on list building is one) and the payment plan, he’s just made it a no brainer to grab a copy yourself.
No matter what you do the ‘buying psychology’ lessons and the formula he teaches will help you whether you are an affiliate marketer, network marketer, infopreneur with your own products or membership site, or just getting started.
In a nutshell, Jeff knows how to get people to want to subscribe, open his emails, and buy the minute they can of whatever he’s selling. Isn’t that what marketing is all about?
Anyway, the disturbing thing I just heard from Jeff is that (as is typical on with a launch) something unexpected happened. Actually, at least two things happened that concern me because he’s got some limited bonuses that are pretty exciting.
1) Paypal was down on Friday (I’m not sure how long) and tons of people couldn’t order. Since some of the bonuses were for like the first 30 or the first 250 people, that wasn’t funny.
2) Jeff’s domain was suddenly blacklisted and as many as 30% of people are not getting the emails he and his partners are sending out. Any email that mentions his domain is getting nailed by a few filters out there, and that’s really unfair to Jeff (who is not mailing from that domain) and who has never spammed in his life. That’s why my email telling you about this blog post didn’t contain the domain
There is always a way around if you know what you’re dealing with.
Maverick strategy: Unlike many launches Jeff has had a hand in, this one isn’t just one day.
He has set aside this entire week till October 28th for the launch, which I think is brilliant because the one day thing is a bit hard to make work for everyone’s schedule. But, he’s only got a limited run on the bonuses and once he sells out the 472 he had made up, there will be a delay before anyone else can get their copy… so if you are interested click here to check out the limited bonuses Jeff is offering and grab yourself a copy.
Because I was a dope and used the link to his domain and many people on my list might not have seen it, I’m going to throw in a $472 bonus of my own for anyone who buys from this link.
Just forward your receipt to me at craig@maverickmarketer.com.
I tell you all about the bonus in this 12 minute video I’ve done that review’s Jeff’s killer salesletter that pulled six figures in 60 minutes.
Watch the video and at the end you’ll be redirected to the website automatically. I go through the site section by section highlighting what I think are the cool features and selling points you can learn from. Jeff did some innovative things (as you’d expect) with this salesletter (it’s not the typical ‘long copy’ you see all the time) and he uses a ‘proof pile on’ approach that pulled real well.
Like I said, Jeff’s got some bonuses that are coming off the table (they may already be gone) so you’ll want to watch this video and be directed to the site automatically at the end, OR go straight to the site yourself and skip the video now while you think of it.
You’re going to want to read every word on Jeff’s salesletter… it’s brilliant copy, brilliant positioning, and a fantastic product launch in action. Jeff’s one of a handful of people who get a full, no reservation endorsement from me. I’ve known him since 1997 and he’s always overdelivered and been on the cutting edge of what really works.
